Hi, I’m Cathy.

I work with executives, senior leaders, and coaches who want to lead and live with greater clarity, courage, and integrity.

I partner with clients through a relationship grounded in trust and respect as they navigate real and complex challenges.

With over 15 years of professional coaching experience and more than two decades in leadership roles across public policy, communications, and the not-for-profit sector, I understand the pressures leaders face. I have led a consulting firm, served as an executive director, and guided teams through significant change.

My work is shaped by a deep respect for human complexity, compassion for struggle, and a steady belief that growth is possible and vital.

Time in nature and creative practice, including working and playing with clay, keeps me grounded and helps me to understand myself and others.

My Approach

At the core of my work is a simple belief:

Self-awareness and self-compassion are essential to meaningful growth and change.

I help clients deepen awareness, widen perspective, and translate insight into practical action in ways that strengthen both results and relationships. Together, we dig into the inner work that enables more skillful leadership in the outer world.

Our work begins with clear agreements about purpose, expectations, and how we will work together. We revisit these living agreements over time to maintain alignment, focus, and accountability.

Four Pillars of My Work

Contracting

Clear agreements create psychological safety and trust and allow us to maintain focus.

Presence

I show up fully and ask the same of you. Attention and care are foundational to meaningful change.

Creative Collaboration

We are partners. Together we allow insights to emerge through shared inquiry and honest exploration.

Reflection and Revision

As our work progresses, we pause, review, and recalibrate to keep the work responsive and relevant to your needs.
