Support for thoughtful leaders and coaches navigating complexity, growth and meaningful change.
Services
I partner with leaders, teams, and coaches who want to grow with greater clarity and intention. My work creates a reflective space where insight becomes practical, meaningful action.
-
For leaders navigating complexity, transition, or growth and want to lead with greater effectiveness and humanity (not necessarily in that order).
Together we explore:
Who you are as a leader
What may be getting in the way
What is ready to emerge next
I bring both compassion and challenge to our work. Where helpful, we integrate a 360 assessment and other tools to deepen insight and accelerate development.
Available as:
One-to-one coaching
Team coaching
Coaching circles
-
A rigorous, reflective, and deeply human space for coaches to examine their client work, professional identity, patterns, edges, and well-being. Bringing light to coaching issues lightens the burden and releases creative options for more meaningful work as a coach.
Supervision supports:
Ethical practice and professional integrity
Greater self-awareness
Coach resilience
Ongoing development
Our collaborative work in a safe place allows you to examine challenges in your coaching practice and who you are as a coach. I work with individual coaches and groups. Our conversations attend to both your client work and your humanity as a coach.
In May 2026, I will complete a one-year Coach Supervision Diploma with the Coaching Supervision Academy, further strengthening my capacity in this work.
-
For teams aligning around strategy, navigating change, or strengthening culture.
Engagements may include:
Facilitated dialogue
Team coaching
Team and individual assessments
Longer-term developmental work
The focus is on strengthening relational capacity, clarifying shared goals, and sustaining momentum in complex environments.

Join me in a confidential facilitated circle for women to explore what’s challenging in your life right now. Whether it’s a change in living or work arrangements, a persistent feeling of loneliness, feeling overwhelmed with responsibilities, or a yearning for something meaningful in your life, a coaching circle is a safe and warm space to explore and grow.
Circles of four to eight participants balance reflection, compassion, and mutual support. Past themes have included:
Still trying to do it all? Get the “me” back in my life!
What’s my next: a retirement that “works” for you
Evolving personal identity: who am I now?
Fresh Start: redefining relationships with adult children
Living alone – and thriving
Available virtually or in person, indoors or outdoors. Shaped around participant needs.
If you’re curious about forming a coaching circle, I’d love to talk.
